Massachusetts advocacy group is working with the state Legislature to pass a Corporate Fair Share bill.
The bill would increase the Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI) tax from 5% to 50% .
It would require global mega-corporations to pay the state’s existing corporate tax rate on a higher share of the excess profits they conceal offshore.
