San Diego becomes first city in nation to require grocery pricing transparency

The San Diego City Council voted unanimously on an ordinance that would ban grocery stores from only offering digital coupons.
This is aimed at making sure that seniors and low income families, people who may not have access to the Internet or have trouble navigating with cell phones.
