Juno Awards 2025: MusiCounts brings sweet sounds to Vancouver's John Norquay Elementary School

MusiCounts is Canada ’s music education charity associated with CARAS , the non-profit Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences behind the Juno Awards .
The organization provides grants of up to $20,000 for instruments, equipment and resources to give children access to music education.
Music education has extensive benefits for everything from positive self-esteem and cognitive abilities to enhancing collaboration and manual skills.
MusiCounts has funded over 1,400 schools to date, doubling its funding year-over-year to a present budget of over $1 million .
