Kerry : These judges, first of all, were not elected by anybody, but they're not. They don't represent the country. I don't understand that. I'm not a lawyer, I'm just trying to use some common sense here. And I'll bet you a lot of people out there using the same common sense, I think that's right. We have a real separation of powers issue here.
