Yale men’s basketball program, over a 10-year period, has made unbelievable feelings’ all very easy to believe.

With wins over Baylor in 2016 and Auburn last March , they’ve become March Madness’ “favorite underdog” you might say.

With brackets coming out Sunday night , Yale figured to be a No. 12 or 13 seed and draw another power-conference contender.

Yale learned it clinched the title on the bus between Cornell and Columbia in New York City .

It was like a bunch of six-year-olds winning the Little League championship, Jones said.

Jones said he does sometimes miss the days when this was all new.

But John Poulakidas , Bez Mbeng , Nick Townsend and the rest, they’re not new to the national stage.
