Some Calgarians say their flights home from Cuba were repeatedly delayed, keeping them on the Caribbean island four days longer than expected.
Neil Osborne and his girlfriend Tasha Elford arrived home from Varadero on Sunday , even though their return flight to Calgary , booked through Sunwing Airlines , was supposed to depart the previous Tuesday .
Osborne and Elford say they intend to file a formal complaint and they “expect a full refund, plus compensation,” said Elford .
“Getting information was extremely difficult from them and it’s very clear that they don’t tell people things,” he said, of Sunwing . “They don’t give information.
