We're going to hold each pose for about two minutes and we can begin lying down.

The first pose we're going into is banana pose. We want to resolve to be still, so not really moving. Once you get comfortable, let yourself settle and we hold the pose.

We come into a forward fold so you can roll onto one side.

Use your arms to push into the floor, slowly lifting back up and extend your legs out in front of you.

The wider you have your knees, the more intensely you'll feel the pose.

For our final pose, let's come onto our bellies into Sphinx .
