Over the past 10 years , I've created 1215 long form videos across 3 YouTube channels, built a strong presence on Instagram and TikTok , launched both online and offline products, and grown an amazing team of producers, editors and managers.
In this video, I'm going to walk you through my journey of building a successful creator business.
I'll share five key things I've learned along the way.
Marina Mcgilko : I experienced to burnout in 2023 . I thought I was going to end my YouTube career. I was so tired of making videos and the only thing I could do is to take a break. I took a break from making videos at all for two months . And that was the only way for me to come back and bring my creativity back. It's OK to outgrow the topics you started with. Over time, you might feel like you're no longer excited by the content you're creating, and that's a natural process.
Marina became the first creator to raise a bench around.
She put all of her creativity in an LLC and sold 5% of that LLC for 1.7 million .
Marina : "I feel like there are so many opportunities opening up for creators" She says she's still figuring out exactly what it will look like in five years .
