Cameo is giving workers a $10,000 raise to return to the office. Its CEO says they're paying more because they're asking for more.

79% Informative
Cameo CEO Steven Galanis said the raise and other perks announced this week have boosted productivity and recruitment efforts.
Cameo workers all attended the first four required days in office without absences, he said.
He said he wanted to try to lure his workers back into the company headquarters organically.
The $ 10,000 raise stands in contrast to other companies' RTO mandates.
