These are things that are obviously trendy, I think will inevitably die, but just aren't there yet.
We're going to talk about things that I think you know are still out there but are relatively timeless.

Nick says he's seeing a surge in floor lamps, table lamps and accent lighting.
He says pot lights are never attractive and they're a substitute for natural light.
Nick: Let's bring back better, more interesting, very lighting choices. Let's get rid of pot lights.
The geometric accent wall is adding busyness on top of the sort of brightly colored accent walls that just again refuses to die and has been around for like 1520 years .
I think playing with a more cohesive color palette that incorporates a bunch of tints, tones and shades and different materials is a much better approach to creating something really beautiful in a space.
