Corruption worse than it's been in over a decade in many nations, survey shows

Corruption Perceptions Index is a barometer of public sector corruption worldwide.
47 countries out of 180 surveyed had their lowest score last year since it started using its current methodology in 2012 .
Denmark held onto first place with an unchanged 90 points, followed by Finland and Singapore .
South Sudan slid to the bottom of the index with just eight points, displacing Somalia .
