Kennedy Jr.'s T-shirts include slogan, “make frying oil tallow again” a reference to the traditional use of rendered beef fat for cooking.
But research shows that different seed oils have varying effects on risk for heart disease, migraines and inflammation.
Replacing beef tallow with seed oils always lowers cholesterol, but it does not always lower risk of death from heart disease.
