General Services Administration employees were told Monday to “expect” that they would be called back to the office full-time by March .

But it’s uncertain whether the building at 50 United Nations Plaza in San Francisco will continue to serve the government workers in the future.

GSA employees, including members of the Technology Transformation Services unit, were told they must soon report to nine regional offices.

Parts of the two -building complex had been listed for subleasing throughout the pandemic.

Local office brokers have confirmed that X’s leases for the complex run through 2026 and 2028 .

The 1936 building reopened in 2013 after a $120 million renovation.

Shedd said that more details on the return to office plan would be provided Thursday .
