Todd says the border crossings on the border down 93 percent , 93% , that's a bigger decrease than under the first Trump administration.

Todd Navarrette : Marco Rubio convinced Panama to not renew the Belt and Road strategy that they've had in place since 2018 with China with China .

He says the Darien Gap , through which almost million people crossed through, is going to be US support for deportation flights by Panama for anybody coming through that Darien gap, and that's terrorists and trendy Aragua and all sorts of national security threats.

Todd: Rubio was down there talking about that, too, too. They're going to close that gap, too.
