Harry Seo , 30 , of Burnaby , is one of the last of the alleged conspirators to be charged.

He was arrested by Vancouver police on Dec. 30 and charged with laundering proceeds of crime, commission of an offence for a criminal organization, failing to register a money services business.

Seo is also alleged to have operated illicit “cannabis-related” businesses in Edmonton and Burnaby .

An unnamed Ontario resident is set to face trial in Edmonton on Nov. 3 .
