The questions covered issues ranging from the future of staff projects to whether the return-to-office mandates would apply to fully remote workers.

Senior leaders at OPM reportedly told Friday to prepare for cuts of up to 70 percent of the agency’s workforce and programs.

Holmes : “Working in the HR space and seeing the DEI efforts and progressive ideology that HR was pushing into corporate America was particularly concerning to me".
