Dr. Phil McGraw has responded to Selena Gomez's tearful Instagram video in which she sobbed over deportations of undocumented migrants by the U.S.’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE) agents.

McGraw joined “border czar” Tom Homan and a team of ICE agents in Chicago on Sunday as they carried out deportation operations.

“I certainly don’t think she was crying for these individuals,” McGraw said.
