This is a Casmo workout, not a dumbbell of bodybuilding. I'm so happy that I started training with kettle bells because I have one at home now and it's just probably one of the best investment I've made. This time I'm going to do a slightly different.
I'm using a 28 K kettlebell for this exercise. You want a loose grip on the handles to be able to move quite easily.
Part 2 is the casual complex with double unders, do singles or do Lianese .
American swings are American this time.
And then we have Test World frosters, 10 frosters into ten death drops, AKA burpees.
Part 3 is a 3 minute press, however, you can do it 2 minutes if you want to, and then repeat it all over again.
The same thing you do for bodybuilding is the same method you should apply when doing conditioning.
If you want to challenge yourself a bit more, try and add that extra Rep here or there or try and shorten the rest just to give yourself that bit more of a challenge when doing the workouts.
