52% Informative
Five major fires are still burning in Southern California , four in the Los Angeles area and one near the Mexico border.
Our next guest lives in Santa Clarita , just north of LA , where the nearby Hughes Fire has burned through 10,000 acres plus.
Mark Vanello was on a flight coming into Los Angeles and was able to look out his window, point your camera outside and show people what's going on.
Insurance companies pulled out, revoked insurance policies well before these fires began because they thought they were looking at a dangerous powder keg ready to ready to blow.
