Underwood reportedly asked for additional tickets for her family and friends to attend the event.
The singer's rendition of America the Beautiful was hit with technical difficulties that delayed her performance and she ultimately sang a cappella.
T.J. Holmes and John Rich have also backed Underwood for her performance.
John Rich called Underwood a “ Patriot ” for joining Trump onstage in Washington .
“There are several top tier country artists who support Trump , and I wish they’d finally have the balls to come forward and be counted,” Rich said.
