Deaths of at least 56 babies, and two mothers, at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust may have been preventable, BBC told.
Two whistleblowers have told the BBC they believe the units at Leeds hospitals are unsafe.
Families describe a "tick box" and "wait and see" culture at the trust, plus a lack of compassionate care.
Trust said the vast majority of births at Leeds were safe, and deaths of mothers and babies were fortunately very rare.
Amarjit Kaur went to Leeds General Infirmary twice within 24 hours with severe abdominal pain.
She says she was sent home each time with paracetamol and sent home with pain.
Her daughter, Asees , was stillborn on 6 January 2024 .
Amarjit believes she was treated differently because of her Indian ethnicity.
CQC says there are currently no criminal investigations into Leeds maternity services.
