US Supreme Court rejects Phil Lyman’s lawsuit against Gov. Cox and State of Utah

Phil Lyman’s electoral challenge was rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday .
Lyman began his legal battle challenging Gov. Spencer Cox after he won the Republican nomination in a caucus in April .
Cox was able to force a Republican Primary vote in June , however, by securing enough signatures to be placed on the ballot.
