Sen. John Barrasso , Republican of Wyoming , joins us this morning from Casper , Wyoming .
Barrasso: "There can't be a blank check on this, however, because people want to make sure that as rebuilding occurs, as things go on in California , they have to be resilient, so that these sorts of things can't happen again. And the policies of the liberal administration out there, I believe have made these fires worse," Barrasso says.
Sen. Richard Barasso says he's not concerned about Tulsi Gabbard's lack of hearing due to ethics issues.
He says he supports Pete Hegseth , a nominee to oversee the intelligence and national security agencies.
Barass: President Biden banned offshore oil drilling in 625 meters of the ocean, and President Thune said he doesn't care if it's one bill, two bills, three bills, that were sent.
Sen. Barrasso : President Trump said he doesn't care how many bills, we just want to get it done.
He wants the results as we are united, on securing the border, on bringing down costs for American citizens, he says.
Barrasso says there was actually bipartisanship in the Senate this week , even though Chuck Schumer blocked that bill.
