Wayne Unger : Donald Trump is now a convicted felon, and will be the first president of the U.S. with a felony conviction.

Trump was convicted of falsifying business records in the first degree.

He says the president-elect can appeal the sentence, and the case is still open to appeal.

Unger says many constitutional law scholars argue that Trump ’s sentence should be deferred until after his first term.
