A person stopped by residents in the Woodland Hills area was taken into custody by the Los Angeles Police Department on Jan. 9 .
A radio call was generated on the 21700 block of Ybarra Road for a possible arson suspect.
The department continued in a reply, “We are continuing our investigation, and we CANNOT confirm any connection to any fire by this suspect at this time.” The Kenneth Fire is one of four major fires in Los Angeles County area, burning over 35,000 acres of land.
