Erin Elizabeth Ann Strotman , 26 , is charged with malicious wounding and felony child abuse in connection to an ongoing investigation at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond , Virginia .
The hospital said in late November and December that three babies in its NICU had unexplained fractures, "similar to an incident involving four babies in the summer of 2023 " The hospital says it isn't accepting any more babies to their NICU out of an abundance of caution.
