Martin Bech , known as 'Tiger', was among 14 people killed in New Orleans attack on New Year's Eve .
His brother Jack Bech says that the Bech family will never be the same after the attack.
He says that his brother "wouldn't want us to grieve and mourn" Matthew Tenedorio , a 25-year-old audio-visual technician, was among the other victims.
His family say they believe he was killed during the exchange of gunfire between police and the gunman.
Tenedorio was a "goofball" who was quick to make a joke, cared deeply about animals and was an avid storyteller.
"He was definitely a people person. A happy-go-lucky guy," Zach Colgan said.
Mr Colgan , who has experience working with law enforcement in Louisiana , says he believes officers have done the best they can in a chaotic situation.
