Melissa Fit shows you an incredible 10 minute warm up you can do anywhere that is going to increase flexibility and mobility in your hips and hamstrings so that you're able to practice the splits.
You may need to come back and watch this video 3 or 4 times a week and work your way towards flexibility.

If you don't feel good, just come right back into that half split though. If you have not done the splits before, just hit that button two more times.
