Chatham mayor flip-flops on using Charter to tackle homeless camps

In November , Chatham-Kent's mayor joined 11 other Ontario Big City Mayors group members in signing a letter.

Canniff voted in favour of a motion by North Kent Coun . Rhonda Jubenville to denounce the mayoral request.
