A22 Sports says it has submitted a proposal to UEFA and FIFA to formally recognise its right to organise a new European competition.
The move follows a ruling by the European Court of Justice in December 2023 .
The Super League would see 96 clubs take part in the men's competition, in four leagues.
A22 says its latest proposal includes changes to its model after consulting with football clubs, leagues and other groups.
Premier League , Bundesliga, LaLiga and Serie A have opposed the Super League project.
