Former U.S. ambassador at large for Global Justice says it's a moment of exhilaration, a moment that we never thought would come.
But of course, saddened by, by the loss of more than a half million people, at least 100,000 of them tortured to death.
Mazen al Hamada , a 47 year old activist was tortured in the regime's brutal prison system.

HTS has defeated ISIS in the northwest completely.
They have separated as well from the Jabhat al Nusra , an initial route from which they come.
Justice is a key part of it because without it, everything else fails.
HTS is responsible for the detention or forcible disappearance of over 2500 Syrians in the death, and that includes 46 children.
There's better evidence against Assad and his then we have against Milosevic and Yugoslavia .
