Researchers at The Ohio State University conducted a study on young adults who vaped but did not smoke cigarettes.
They found that simple interventions, like hotlines, text messages and nicotine replacement therapy, are helpful tools for quitting.
After three months , over 40% of the participants in each group had gone at least a week without vaping.
