More work, same salary. How employees should respond to a 'dry promotion'

Fifty-four percent say they don't earn enough to pay their bills, according to Pew Research Center .

Anicich of the Marshall School of Business said it’s “understandable” for employees to turn down more responsibilities without pay raises.
