Alberta government will force Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta to hand over its operations to a group of non-profits next year .
Alberta announced on Friday that TPFA will no longer manage 16 buildings in the city that include about 1,500 seniors’ housing units from March 31, 2025 .

Tenants say they provided comprehensive responses to concerns raised by the Minister.
