Vernon Adams Jr. introduced himself to the Stampeders on Thursday morning at McMahon Stadium .

The veteran CFL quarterback has been in the league for eight years .

Adams has played for the Montreal Alouettes , the Saskatchewan Roughriders , the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the B.C. Lions .
