Three men face charges after cops uncovered a chop shop with some vehicles stolen from the GTA near Cambridge last month .
Police allege officers found a substantial chop shop, where stolen vehicles are disassembled so that the parts can be sold separately or used in other vehicles.
In total, 52 stolen high-end vehicles were recovered by police, but only three were still intact.
