AI-powered search engine Perplexity is expanding its publisher program.
The LA Times , Adweek , Mexico News Daily , and a dozen other news outlets have signed up.
Publishers will share in revenue generated by ads and receive metrics to track their content’s performance.
The New York Times is absent from the program, which Dow Jones is suing the startup over what they've called a “content kleptocracy”.
