Toronto Coun . Stephen Holyday : "Sometimes people ask as a board member at the TTC what keeps you up at night , reports like these do. I think they’re very serious,” Holyday said.
Interim CEO Greg Percy said he and managers are looking at ways to “step up the robustness” of maintenance and inspection procedures.
“I don’t think this is an investment issue. I think it’s a process issue. We need to have robust process that needs to be closely followed,” he said.
