A Monday morning single-vehicle incident has closed eastbound Stoney Trail between Deerfoot Trail and Cranston Boulevard S.E. A semi tanker rolled over, spilling diesel onto the road. The area will remain closed while the Calgary Fire Department hazardous materials team works to clean the spill, and crews reorient the tanker. Calgary Police Service detective Ben Zampa said the cleanup is expected to take a large portion of Monday morning rush hour . The incident involved a lone driver with no injuries reported. Westbound Stoney Trail is not affected..
