Locum doctors say they are owed 250,000 in unpaid wages at Welsh practices linked to eHarley Street .
One doctor said he was the only GP - for a practice of 11,000 patients.
He called staffing levels at Brynmawr Medical Practice in Blaenau Gwent "dangerous" Dr Mark Wells said the surgery should have the equivalent of five GPs.
