'Welcome Back, Emma': A happy, healthy Hayes is ready for Wembley return

Emma Hayes is back in London for her first match on English soil since her departure from Chelsea this summer .

The U.S. women's national team head coach will take on England 's Lionesses in a friendly at Wembley on Saturday .

Hayes has already added an Olympic gold medal to her résumé with the United States in just three months .

Her late father played a pivotal role in shaping her coaching journey and urged her to take the role before his passing in September 2023 .

She says the move to international management has improved her wellbeing away from the pitch.
