Daniel Khalife was supposed to be in prison awaiting trial for spying for Iran .
The 22-year-old escaped HMP Wandsworth by clinging to the underside of a lorry using a makeshift sling made from a pair of trousers.
Khalife has been found guilty of spying for the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps .
