Too much sugar may be common cause behind many chronic diseases, new study finds.
Biologist : Eating too much added sugar causes traffic jams inside cells.

The next big question is how to use this new information to reverse chronic disease.
All three researchers said they've changed their behavior as a result of learning about these "traffic jams" "Knowing what it is that I do when I have my excess sugar, it's easier to avoid it somehow," Young said.
