The actress says she was never offered a reboot of " Steve Urkel " She says she thinks there's a way to do it in a more grounded show inspired by the book she wrote about the show.

She says that she's not going to play into the narrative that she tried to paint that she was difficult.

There were times when I look back on it and it was, like any kid, just getting too much too soon.

That’s actually why I want to make a show inspired by the book, because there were some pillars in place that need to be shared with people.
