Lawyers for Jaimee Avery, Jaimee Tarrio and Christopher Carnell have also requested a delay in criminal proceedings.
“Will they draw a line in the sand, or would it be a blanket pardon?” said Steven Metcalfe , an attorney representing several high-profile January 6 rioters.
