•Water bill rises: Warning millions will struggle to pay

Ofwat provisionally said bills would rise by an average of 19 a year - or 21% - between 2025 and 2030 .
Some 18% of those surveyed said they were already struggling with bills.
40% said they would struggle to pay bills and 54% would have to cut back on non-essentials to pay for it.
Water UK said companies wanted to provide more help to customers struggling with bill rises.
