Windsor police have arrested a 50-year-old man on 16 charges, including attempted murder, after a shooting in a South Windsor neighbourhood.
Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 100 block of Marlin Avenue shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 in response to reports of an man armed with a gun.
A female resident was present during the incident, but did not sustain any injuries.
