Falcon 9 rocket is scheduled to lift off from Pad 39A at NASA ’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida today at 9:29 p.m. EST ( 0129 GMT ) SpaceX has been launching operational cargo missions to the ISS for NASA since 2012 .
