Gov. Ron DeSantis opposes recreational marijuana, yet similar intoxicating hemp products dominate.
While he's advocating against the measure, they’ve largely been silent on the wide availability of the products.
DeSantas says he’s worried that if Amendment 3 passes, children will get ahold of the hemp products.
Amendment 3 allows 21-year-olds to possess up to three ounces of marijuana or five grams in concentrated form.

DeSantis sided with the businesses and vetoed the bill.

Results showed a multitude of products had harmful contaminants such as mold, pesticides and heavy metals.
