Since Day 1 of the implementation of the carbon tax, Justin Trudeau and company have been preaching that eight out of 10 Canadian households are better off after receiving the rebate cheques.

I find it odd that nobody has broken the numbers down to calculate who are the 80 per cent that supposedly benefit.

It doesn't benefit the person driving to work five days a week while balancing a household budget and driving kids to hockey/soccer practice.
